Erm..

Apparently my hot links have not been working
and I didn't notice until now,
so all the songs that are SUPPOSE to be in the bottom media player thing...
well...are not, but from now on I know how to do it!
I promise!
(All the yellow links still work, just won't play on the page)

Love

My friends are moving into a new place in Toronto
in August,
and they asked a bunch of their friends to do small canvas pieces
to spice up the whitewalls
and add some decoration.
Of course I happily obliged,
and here is my first draft!
Mybeh,
I dunno about it.
What do you guys think?
CMNTS PLZ!

Listening In

I am on the phone with Telus,
trying to get them to drop
some sort of Internet fee
they want me to pay,
when I don't use the Internet.
But the important part,
is I'm on my home phone,
and quietly in the background,
I can MOST DEFINATELY
hear some woman.
She is bitching about how she pays the bills,
and how he never uses his card,
and it goes on and on.
This is weird,
I am hearing some phantom random messages?
Or is it near, my neighbor, or someone connected to my phone line?
Can she hear me?
Should I be scared to share vital information over the phone?
Why does Telus hates it's customers and try and get their money in the dirtiest ways possible?

Moovies

So attempting to go see The Strangers tonight,
I'll try and review it tomorrow.
It's been a while since I saw a really scary movie,
but that's probably because when me and Trampis and Collin had
our horror movie-thon in Montreal,
it was all three of us,
and we tend to just make fun of shitty movies (which most horrors are, excluding a few)
Some of my favorite movies that ACTUALLY scared the shit out of me:
Saw (all of them)
Hostel 1 n 2
Mothman Prophecies
The Omen - new one more so, 'cause I watched it alone
The 6th Sense (I don't know okay, it was freeky!)
Signs - those Aliens are FUCKING SCARY MAN
Gremlins - saw it was a kid...scared me!
and just for fun
Fatal Frame was actually a terrifying game.
I could barely watch it being played and there were three of us!!!
Anyways, what are you favorite scary movies?
Is there some sort of mold to create scary movies out of,
or is it possible to make any movie scary?
Can normal movies be scary, or does there have to be monsters, aliens or the paranormal?
I have friends who are stone cold to any movie except possession flicks (Exorcism movies basically) are possession flicks really the scariest?

so that was kinda miserable.
Anyways,
I threw together this mix,
using love songs,
I searched my hard drive,

formal

Hey all.
Trampis' birthday last night,
and it was bananas.
First we went to Splice (where I'm going to throw my party)
got a shot there,
then went to the Sapphire Room and got martinis,
and then to the Trash, which sucked, so we split a pitcher and peaced
to Sin City.
Some people might ask,
"how drunk were you Tim?"
and the answer to beat all answers
would be
"I got so drunk I pissed myself"
sigh.
I passed out on the couch and pissed myself.
Yep.
How cool am I?
I don't remember the last hour of my night,
after I drank the beer I found...
maybe I got date raped?
Either way,
it was fucking fun,
and I want to do it again
(minus one unfortunate detail)
So, laugh,
I did...
for a very long time.
=)
Here Is Unconditional Love - Tower of Power

ALSO.
Winner's has some DOPE
new era hats for 16.99 and 19.99
so if that's your game,
then head over and pick some of 'em up!

'cause everyone else...

GUYS.
New Ratatat album is out,
and evvveryone is talking about it.
Solid Improvement on last album,
although lacks some of the classic feel,
probably because it's still way too nouveau.
I'll let you guys decide:
Ratatat - Brulee
Ratatat - Bird Priest (playing)

SO.
I have a video to Bitch about.
If you guys have randomly turned on the tv recently,
you very well might have caught the new Moosehead beer commercial.
What happens is, since Moosehead is now giving out one of four different
sports balls (baseball, football, basket or soccer ball) they have an Ad
that is sickening to any guy who cares about gender representation.
The commercial basically insists that without sports, guys would be useless.
The lines are literally "Without sports, what would guys do?" and then gives
some examples ending in "talk?!" as two animated characters on screen suffer an awkward moment, clearly hinting at the fact that guys can't talk, ever.
This commercial pisses me off so much.
Is Moosehead so oblivious to the larger picture of men in our society,
ignoring the extreme jocks?
Can they not realize that being a stuck up, muscle bound, talking piece of concrete
is about as cool as the mesh muscles shirts they tend to wear?
Is Moosehead so oblivious to real guys, who drink real beer,
and are just as manly as any other,
but CAN CARRY ON A NORMAL CONVERSATION.
I don't believe that they would advertise on national television,
the fact that guys can't be creative, emotional or talkative,
and only care about sports.
So Moosehead, thank you very much,
for actually DEmasculating my gender on national TV,
reducing us to cavemen, and obliteration any headway the real guys have made,
in terms of changing our gender expectations,
so that one can ACTUALLY have a conversation,
that goes deep,
beneath the exterior,
I am a man, and fuck you and your expectations of me not being able to function without sports.
Your ad is complete failure, as it's specific target,
is becoming more narrow and more narrow with each year,
as the entire population comes to realize that
jocks were cool in grade 9,
but the real, successful men in our society can go beyond the
magazine covers and Moosehead commercials,
sit down, drink their strawberry daquaries,
watch Dawsons Creek,
draw a picture,
make some music,
have an intellectual conversation with their also male friend,
have a deep, emotional conversation with their other male friend,
and then go bang chicks hotter, more sophisticated and more educated than
any jock could ever dream of having. ever.
Fuck You Moosehead,
for ever on now,
I will think of your shitty commercial,
as I drink your beer,
because it's oh so good.
Damnit.

drink drank drunk

WOW.
drunk on a monday.
once again.
Let's listen to club bangers
and talk about cigarette brands all night.
Or we could waste our time,
strolling the stream,
wishing DFA would end their fight.

stuck!

As I partied
last night
very very drunk
stumbling around
running into random people and talking to them
I had a fun time
it was good to get out and get drunk
either way there were a couple songs stuck in my head.
First off all,
for some reason
B.O.B - Haterz(Sinden Remix) was forcefully stuck in my head all night,
I could just NOT stop singing it.
Fedde Le Grande - Put Your Hands Up For Detroit Marie was singing this, and it just lodged itself in my drunk brain.
Here is a nice song I just discovered,
probably been around for a while,
but I love it:
Justice - Phantom II (Boys Noize Remix)

header.

So... this is the header I intended, but apparently blogger doesn't allow animated headers. So until I get my own website, the other one will have to do

EDIT!!!! figured it out.
haha genius, I tell you! jk. hope y'all like it.

drank

Time to get my drank on tonight.
Will be at a party near downtown, I am assuming,
and I'd invite anyone who feels like it,
to call, but...erm, my phone is still disconnected,
so really this is a pointless post!
In the meantime, check this:
mp3: Justice - Stress (B-more Remix)
decent!

lame work

So, after that absolutely miserable day at work, I realized how utterly
dependent everyone is on their material goods to satisfy happiness.
Now, I'm not saying I don't like my new kicks, or new era hats, or brand name t's,
but some of the feeble, old ladies, middle aged single moms, or daddy-rich teens that come through,
literally are completely unhappy without their weekly Winner's purchases. They base their lives on whether or not they got a good deal that day.
One phone conversation:
women: "don't even begin with the budget in my fucking ear again, dave!
... no, I don't care....just figure it out!....I didn't get a good deal today, what the fuck do you
think?"
Seriously people,
the fact that Winner's sells brand names for 60% apparently gives a breath of life to a whole new monster: the middle-class brand whore.
When did this happen? Middle class people are suppose to be the ones that will take the fancy clothing...as long as it's cheap, they don't care about brands...but wish for them as well.
Now Winner's offers these people a whole new way in which to full fill their lives.
It sickens me when women come through my till,
buy a few hundred dollars worth of clothes and then tell their friends how much better they feel:
"omg, at least I have a pink cardigan now! My wardrobe was useless without them."
Some Characteristics of Winners Whores:

1) LOTS OF MAKEUP
2) friend equally as lost in life
3)lots of clearly fake jewelry, some brand name purses etc. clearly purchased from winners.
4)expensive cell phones (illusion of importance)
5)USE THE WORD "CUTE" non stop. ("look at how cute this is!" "omg, these shoes are so cute")
6)reek of cheap, powerful perfume, clearly purchased from winners.
WW are what make my job interesting, and frustrating.
They want every article folded like its Versace,
want every item wrapped like D&G made it.
Treat every shoe like a Prada.
it's WINNERS FOR CHRISTS SAKE.
rant, end.

double header.

two in one day...
that's how bored I was.
of equivalent length here,
a couple repeats on the songs,
sorry they were stuck in my head.
I tried to use newer(to my library) material,
and see how it went.
Either way..
you be the judge.
happy listening

mstrkrft appreciation day

So,
I listened to MSTRKRFT's
2 hour mix last night,
the essential mix on bbc radio 1
and it was really really good.
so good, in fact,
it made me appreciate them that much more.
Their style and precision is perfect,
melding songs together like they were meant to be.
I threw together this mix this morning,
with them in mind.
It's half hour long,
a bit longer than usual,
I couldn't decide when to end it.

DJ crkd - MSTRKRFT appreciation mix

On another note,
my phone has been completely disconnected.
That is what I get for not paying bills.
Fuck.
So still rocking the winner's job
but if you need employment,
or knows someone that needs employment,
or heard of somewhere that needs employment...
let me know, please?

Dj Illo this saturday at Blueroom.
10$, do I go?
We will see,
should be an ill show though.
I can't wait! (if I go haha)

P.S.
My thoughts on Indiana Jones:
Okay, it was a sweet movie,
made me love Indie that much more,
made me want to do a 4 movie marathon,
made me want to go find secret treasures in ancient
Ptbo ruins, like old sickles, or other such crazy instruments of torture.
What it did NOT do, is be a good movie.
Honestly,
there is nothing to it.
No mystery, no suspense, no...honesty.
It really did feel like they were making it, as George says: "to get the family back together"
whatever that means, Georgy, you and Spielberg made a semi-decent flick,
with HUGE series appeal.
Lucky.
So, definitely go see it if you love Indie,
do not go see if you want to see a good movie.

That's all for now folks!

DJ crkd - Birthday Mix
Licky (Herve Goes Low Remix) - Larry Tee fr. Princess Superstar

we're gonna party...

woot.
19 years of age,
don't feel a second older.
It must be the chronic abuse of laws,
that makes me not care about the sillie holiday
one calls your birthday. However eventful and awesome
it always is (everyone loves their birthday)
It seems almost...repetitive
or is that just me.
haha.
either way,
I highly enjoyed
My weekend overall.
Friday night went to my friends
farm and had an absolute awesome drunk
time, then saturday night went to a loft party downtown
that was super dope. I had alot of fun over-all,
although the sunday work is bumming
me out. sigh. I guess money
is to be made!

All I Want For Christmas

Yay.

Hey everyone.
So I got two jobs now,
one at Global telesales
(the Lufthansa customer service company)
and at Winner's
part-time.
Everyone always thinks I'm a telemarketer now,
but all I'll be doing is reserving flights for people etc.
Solving problems.
Being a TEAM player.
you know the drill.
In either case,
this means work x 100% and
fun - 100%
boooo (collective boo)
so are them breaks.
In either case, hopefully I will,
come September 1st have over
4k in the bank,
so I can return to school.
'cause that would be a bummer...
Anyways,
here's a fun song I've had for a while,
and never mind throwing on.
Fun Punch (Calling In Sick Remix) - Bag Raiders!

Sunday, May 18, 2008

Sorry.

Sorry for lack of updates this weekend.
I went to cobourg, to visit some old friends,
get drunk, get high...
the usual.
Anyways, friday nights processions were quite ludicrous.
With a couple of party options,
but no total green light, we were stuck deciding what to do,
until finally something happened, (still not sure what)
and we all rolled out to this prom party
a 2 minute drive from where we were.
Anyways, this place, huge ass long driveway,
but at the gates were a couple of tough lookin'
hicks, with flashlights and a 'list'
.Guestlist to a prom party?.
you better believe it, anyways,
my good friend Massey does some smooth talkin,
gets us all in (apparently he knew someone)
so we all roll.
I am responsible DD for the night,
how lame, whatever, I take the hit for the team,
which I don't mind.
The music is pretty good, some solid hits, mostly enjoyable tunes,
some chips etc.
LOTS of random people.
Actual, of the maybe 75 people there,
i just knew about 8 of them I think...
the people I came with.
Normally an excellent situation to
diverge, explore and meet new people and shite,
but honestly,
being sober and being the "beer fairy" (delivered beers to my boys)
I had an overall good time just wandering around.
Got tired around 2.30 and started driving people homeeee,
played some CoD4 at Matt's house (where I was sleeping)
and went to sleep.
Everyone had a good night,
except Tramp was MIA come morning,
eventually located at the scene of the crime,
and Doyle peaces to Wonderland,
exiting the building with boo's, hollers and general homosexual remarks.
So far so good.
I had a fun night, and so did everyone else,
next night we just all got drunk at Matt's and it was a good time as well.

Anyways,
New mix
DJ crkd - Nouvelle NMC Mix

And, you are listening to a song in the mix,
that I find hilarious and awesome.
Props Ryan.

My teachaz tol' me i wuz a foo', yo!

7-11

Went to the 7-11,
on my bike,
took about 30 seconds,
guys were eyeing me,
like i had my zipper down and was stuffing forties in my pant leg.
Assholes,
then it costs me 8.18 to buy a bag of nachoes and some salsa.
What has our world come to?
Don't african people eat nachoes or the equivalent thereof
everyday.
so why does it cost me 1/10 of my current resources,
where in POORER countries,
i can make these FOR FREE.
Sigh.
anyways,
in a completely relatedvideo...

but ALSO Winner's told me to call back next week, see if they need any more people.
That's just great.
Fucking job search.
So lammme.
Atleast my birthday is coming up.

Music, the good kind, aka free

So,
Nine Inch Nails,
as well as Radiohead, and Coldplay,
to name a few,
of the bands who are releasing singles,
full length cd's or even mixtapes to the tits (like Lil'Wayne)
for free, (or pay what you want) on the internet.
Is this a good direction for music?
Do you think the music industry will thrive of the advertising aspect that they now rely upon.
If the music is actually free, how will record companies get money?
Will it be as simple as to download this new cd, you have to watch an advertisement of some sorts?
Maybe you will get credits, of associated companies,
and when you buy enough merch or junk from Nike you get your
new Chromeo album completely free.
Music is already practically free,
for those who choose to share,
now the record companies are realizing something must be done,
as to amend for slipping profits.
Hm,
no matter what the future holds,
I don't mind it right now,
as I'm listening to The Slip for free.
Thanks Trent!
P.S. Now going to link mp3
Cause you can get full album here.

I love you too, dirty, smelly, abusive, drunk, half retarted redneck.

Yo Gang.

Couple things.
First off, who else hates dirty jock rednecks yelling from their lowered pickups?
They are awesome.
Yah, me too.
Or purple minivans.
We call you FAGS where I come from.

"hell y'all, watch me yell at these pair of hipsters cause they have tight pants

And I'm so dumb I automatically assume that means emo. FUKING EMO FGGTS FCK OFF"

*yawns*
You hear that shit everyday in ptbo,

thanks for looking at me bro, and checking me out, sorry you can't have met though,

you're going to have to deal with the absurd amount of other jockredneckbros you've got crammed in that tiny cab of your shitty beat up pickup.

Honestly...
Anyways,
on a side note, have to thank my friend for introducing Muscles to me,
hilarious, fun and dancey.
Great shit. check it outzzzz

Muscles - Sweaty

On a side note, formal is coming up, and I'm thinking of being very original (for once)
and stealing Parkers idea!
Who woulda thunk.
Anyways,
yello skinnies, black shirt, yello tie and white blazer.
Black dress shoes, duh.
Uh huh or what!

oh, and I know atleast a COUPLE PEOPLE READ SO COMMENT.
suckaz.

Downloading like 5 movies right now,
all 2007 highest rated shoutouts to metacritic!
Also, talked to the man with teh skillz
and my own website coming soon.!
I'm thinking
this as the back ground.

But on repeat and stuff.
and not so long.
You know.

:)
Thanks, see you all next time.

hey-o

So I kinda like this new one.
I used tracks, except for one,
I've never used before, and it made it more interesting.
I can't get away from Oh! though.
oh well,
COMMENT PLEASE.
tell me what you think, what'd be better, what was cool, what was shit.
Thanks =)

DJ crkd - Remixmix

Oh, I'm working on a mediaplayer, so you can listen to the song in this window,
but i suck with html.
soon, my children, soon.

Bow chika

Just reveling in my genius,
it's hard to ignore, really.
I just managed to sort all my music into "mixable" "good but no mix" and "delete"
with one simple click! (per song)
I don't know why I'm making such a big deal out of it,
first of all, I'm pretty sure they teach you this in WMP tutorial,
and I've already bragged to my GF about it, and now my loyal readers
reader.
Anyways, I've been remix hunting for the last couple days,
and with over 100 new entries, my playlist is growing to an acceptable level.
Starting to get some rarities and odds and ends that fit well.
Anyways, I'm bored with my first job interview tomorrow.
At GlobalTeleSales. It's a company that receives calls for customer service on all Lufthansa flights.
For 11$ full time, I can't really complain.
If not there then ICT.
Same thing but for cell phones.
Sigh.
The end is far.

Decided that I didn't like that last mix so much,
so here's a new one,
about half as long,
but still sweet.
Better, I think.
Anyways, let me know, kay?

Newwwww

Relistening to this mix gives me mixed feelings.
Let me know what you think,
rock it on your ipods.
you know.
Anyways, Its 41 mins long, with 22 tracks,
so most clips are pretty short.
Maybe the wrong ones.
Either way a pretty average ensemble,
but the tracks are epic.
Some personal fav's in there.
Also, some of them sounded like shit (thanks a lot downloads)
but yea!
comment comment comment!

Starting over

Soooo.

I decided it was a good idea to reformat my computer

and you know what, for all the pain in the ass installations and other bullshit that is required,

I think it's worth it.

There's nothing like starting over, being able to fix mistakes you made the first time, and generally having a cleaner style of computing.

Any ways, typing this up on my fancy new "Windows Live Writer" which is actually a desktop program which I can use to edit my blog, update etc. It's pretty nifty.

Also sorry about lack of updates, I just moved back in with my parents, and am getting used to things (getting bitched at) here again,

so things should start being normal again.

Also I think I'm going to start work at ITC (I think)

It's a call centre.

Oh boy.

Seriously though, for 12$ an hour, it can't be that bad, right?

Hopefully it will make this summer worthwhile,

cause having a significant other on the other side of the continent is not a fun situation. In fact, I miss her a lot.

Oh, and I have another mix on the way, trying real hard on this one, so should be a goody.

Thanks for reading.

(new mix on the way)

Famous

So, like,
I've been trying real hard lately,
almost to impress,
and I think I'm starting to get better.
So, just let me know what you think plz,
drop a comment thurr, kthnxbi.
Anyways, enough with the abbreviations and let's get down to it.
Almost time to move home, eh.
Wow.
Hopefully I can make my mark in Peterborough this summer.
NOT with graffiti, of course.
That is bad, and I do not condone such behavior.
Anyways...
Here it is, latest mix.
18 tracks -> 42 minutes.
(email for tracklisting if you're curious)

Another Burning Cop Car...
Burning Cop Car...This is like a block away.

Foot Locker Being Broken Into

Monday, April 21, 2008

Riots, flaming cop cars and a won hockey game,
oh Montreal why art thou so violent?
Apparently downtown Montreal burns with the stench of flaming rubber
and smoldering red and blue.
I hear we won the hockey game by the moltov's and gasoline canisters being topped up.
People are a tad bit dedicated here,
we like to show our support by creating burned out husks of cars and
leaving those who "protect and serve"
to run after them hardened criminals instead of actually driving after them.
I'm sure had I been present, participation would be mandatory.
Thanks sex, you save my life.

Lord of War

So hockey game was balls (mtl lost)
UFC was amazing, GSP killed,
but I was tired,
so me and Erica went home and watched Lord of War.
I loveeeee that movie, especially with the...uh...pleasing interlude
Nick Cage at his best.
Anyways, I made another mix for Flavour,
so I'll let you guys listen.
Let me know on msn or something.
Yo.

Not Fair

So, I'm just like browsing Hypem,
and I come across this blog about the Fool's Gold Tour that I attended here in montreal,
but in Chicago instead.
I read on and I realize that one sentence states "guest star Flosstradamus"
Damn.
Now, that's just mean.
We paid the same price, and we didn't get to see Flosstradamus.
god damn.
Oh well, thems are the breaks, eh!
Here's what we missed.
Overnight Star - Flosstradamus
P.S. Erica is awesome.

hoorah!

So, I'm actually done school now.
And after one full year of university (although 3 credits short), I can tell you
from the bottom of my heart,
that highschool sucks dicks.
Not just regular dicks, but big fat veiny mo's.
As I drink my celebratory beer, at 3.30, I realize that university far surpasses highschool
in every term. There is no way in which highschool is better.
The only one I can think of, is that I had to leave all my old friends in Peterborough,
but even then, that is only temporary.
The people are cooler, smarter, nicer and easier to get along with in University.
University is pretty much just essays over and over again, providing grounds for a template, aka easy.
University you only have to pass (albeit with a 60%) still, marks are not an issue.
University is only 8 months long.

Anyways, as I was handing in my final paper, I noticed this girl sitting outside, in the beautiful weather. Usually, pretty girls sitting in the sun, basking in their own attractiveness is hot.
But this girl, she looked like she was waiting for her murderer.
Know what I mean?
Well, she was constantly looking everywhere, looked panicked, couldn't sit still.
It was discomforting actually, watching her sit there, clearly waiting for a guy, clearly ditched.
Poor girl...she was hot too.
In any case, I am done school, which is awesome.
No more worries or anything.
I feel like a Rainbow Man.

Clean...errr

Just did the dishes, cleaned and swept a bit.
Not a nice break from essay writing, and I would be in a shitty mood
if it were not for the black russians.
Man, Chris, I really gotta thank you for this one.
These drinks rule.
New favorite pure alcohol drink for sure (One part Vodka, one and a half parts Kahlua, usually 2 parts Kahlua but i didn't find them strong enough)
Anyways,
half way done my VERY LAST ESSAY of first year.
This moment is amazing, truly, mind blowing.
Come on, I wrote about 16 essays or so this year, im so fucking sick of doing homework.
Also, Thing I Am Sick Of:

1) Dishes
2) Cooking for myself
3) Doing Laundry

1) Chores
2) The cold weather (thank god that's changing)
3)Essays
4) pretentious art fucks
5)aaaand not seeing all my old friends on a daily basis.

Something to cheer me...you....us up:

spinyl

I'm so very consistently tired these days.
I blame the school, and continue to think my abrasive drinking goes without consequence.
In either case I went to Vinyl last night to watch my friends DJ.
They are quite talented.
It was fun, and I got drunk.
Song of the night:
Fedde Le Grande - Put your hands up for Detroit

P.S. - I recently discovered Steve Aoki does not actually remix songs himself.
Wiki those songs I posted to find the true artists.
P.S.S. - Fuck you, Steve

armer

So I think i dislocated my shoulder or something
because the bones in my right arm/shoulder hurt.
alot.
and have all last night.
which made me not go to class,
which sucks cause it was Film Aesthetics, and we got to watch Bruno Dumont's Flanders.
Ah well
C'est La Vie.
Cleaned again today, because our subleter is coming tomorrow to look at the place.
Which means apartment hunting must commence.
Either way,
My fucking shoulder hurt.
I'm cleaning
and in a pretty lame mood.
Maybe some Arctic Monkeys will cheer me up.
Holla.

hungwy

So, as I attempt to write this essay (not happening)
I'm browsing facebook and the like, trying to find my train of thought,
not realizing how fucking hungry I am.
Have you ever tried to concentrate, or work, or anything when you're just so fucking hungry?
It's hard, I'm surprised I can write this stupid thing.
Well in either case, I'm making some Side Kicks, cause its the absolute ONLY thing we have
in this apartment right now.
It's terrible, there is no bread for toast, no eggs for frying, no nothing.
Damn pre packaged shit.
So as I wait for my water to boil, and stare at a one paragraph essay
I'm getting pretty pumped for this summer.
No more school, a full time job ($) and friends aplenty.
Should be an ill time.
My class, (Film History to 1959) today sucked dick, and I found out that I actually
completely hate the Nouvelle Vogue. Jean-Luc-Godard, Jean-Pierre Melville, and Claude Charbol.
God, Les Bonne Filles was such a stupid movie, sure it might have been revolutionary, but honestly, maybe if the narrative had a coherent ending I'd appreciate it a bit more.
Humour in it was okay, some creep following a girl around that actually turns out to be a murderer is pretty damn lame, and a huge cop out if you ask me.
In either case, I realized this is why I hated writing that essay on Bande A Parte last semester...
fucking new wave french bullshit.
Anyways, I've been listening to Steve Aoki alot lately, getting pumped for his show soon...
so here's probably some of my favorite by him.

MSTRKRFT

So after looking at a blank page for about 10 minutes, then emailing prof because I don't know shit, I decided to check hypem out a bit more.
Found something that made me quite happy indeed.
Anyways, my friends that were visiting from home left on sunday,
it was an amazing weekend. Thursday night we went to the Cock and Bull, this shitty pub a block away, which is always a good time, then Friday night I went to a banquet with my girlfriend and then to club 737 as I stated before. The others stayed in and watched movies.
Saturday we went to Brutopia for a beer, and then to the strip club, which was actually not that much fun. Booo.
Then sunday we went for breakfast to Zetty's, the Zellers restaurant, and it was fucking terrible.
In either case,
two essays to write this week.
Sigh.
So here it is... new happy song!

737

So went to the legend....airy (apparently) 737 club last night for residence banquet.
First I would like to share my appreciation for the banquet, reminded me of my prom.
Dj's, slideshow, food and lots of friends, it was a good time.
Then everyone headed to this club, 737, which is located 737 feet in the air, penthouse of a giant 40 something story building downtown montreal. It was pretty impressive. The elevator went up so fast it made your ears pop and your stomach in your throat.
(by this point I was fairly drunk)
First thing I did was order tequila shots for me and my girlfriend, and at 7$ a shot, they were damn good. Then for the next 3 hours I proceeded to pretend to like the music.
Although, some club anthems are phat, not going to lie, the majority of the sean-o paul-o tracks being played were...uhh...good to dance to? In either case, I actually had fun because my girlfriend was into it, so I was just enjoying her company.
Although she got moody when her camera battery died.
Still lots of good pictures though.
In either case I got massively intoxicated, danced my ass off, and partied the night away with my new friends. It was a good night all round.

Shop Hopping

So, went to like a million different stores with my girlfriend today.
It was fun, but I'm tired now, and I realized how damned good stores are at what they do.
Selling...damn I wanted everything I saw. I tried to reason with myself, allow myself to buy just one more thing.
Sigh, thankfully I only ended up getting THE SWEETEST shirt everrrrr....and a pair of underwear.

Oh, and tickets to Fool's Gold Tour and SebastiAn and Kavinsky. should be good.

My friends from Peterborough are coming into town for the weekend.
Which is hella cool, but really...so much home work left.
whateves. It'll get done.
Right now I am cleansing my bathroom of mold. Disgusting. Using BAM!
haha it's tough shit.
Only thing left now is Hot Chip tickets.
This month should be good.
Back to scrubadubing.
also. was going to include fancy pic.
but no photoshop since i reformatted my laptop.
lame.

Holy Shit!

I Love Justice.
And DVNO is my favorite song,
so it's only natural I creamed my metaphorical jeans when I saw this.
Metaphorical because I'm not wearing any pants right now.
P.s.
Essay's now reduced to two, due in a week or so.
Wish me luck.

I cant wait.
